For Haryana state counseling, All India Rank (AIR) and state rank are generally taken into account, with the state rank having a significant role in seat allotment under the state quota. Your NEET score of 181 would not be competitive for a government MBBS seat in Haryana, but you might still be considered in private medical colleges such as World Medical College, Jhajjar. Private colleges tend to have lower cutoffs, but the management quota seat fees are high. It is better to inquire with the college regarding their particular cutoffs for the management or NRI quota for improved prospects.
