Hello Bholanath,
Your intentions are quite good. But I am afraid that what you seek is not readily available. As the medium of instruction is still English, entrance exams are too conducted in same language. Though lately students are allowed to appear for such entrance exams in their mother tongue and many other languages. But availability of literature in such languages is still a problem. I could not trace any such thing. You may have to download question papers in English and get these translated in Hindi.

Question would be asked in English only. But, yes remember if the interview himself started asking questions in Hindi, then reply your answer in Hindi only. Not in English.

It is as difficult to crack IAS with Hindi medium, as it is with English medium. Year after year students with Hindi and other regional languages have been doing well at UPSC CSE. The recent example is IAS topper Shailendra Singh Indoliya. He is a person, who has defied the myth associated with Hindi Medium. He successfully cleared UPSC Civil Services Exam four times and each time, he got a better rank. Last year, he got selected for Indian Revenue Services exam, because he got AIR of 337.
