I would suggest you to use you CET Score since you belong to Hindu linguistic minority and you have a better chance of converting.

Your 11th class subjects doesn't play an important role for taking admission in businesses administration courses.

Candidates with minimum 50% marks (45% in case of OBC, SC, ST &PH) either in Bachelor's or Master's degree in Sciences/Social Sciences/Humanities are eligible for this course.
BE/B.Tech with specialization in science or mathematics with 55% marks are also eligible.

You have brought out a very interesting issue. Learning through mother tongue. Many states are progressing towards this goal but perhaps for engineering it may take some more time. You have not mentioned as to which stream you want take up for studies as well as university in which you desire to study. Many universities are offering fine arts and some more courses in Hindi in northern states.
