It depends on your marks. It will be much easier to get admission by scoring good in HITSEEE, but there are certain eligibility criteria that you should have a minimum Average of 60% in Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry put together.

Yes it is a good campus for ECE. you can learn a lot if you are interested.
The department has experienced faculty .this year 2/3 of the students got placements in different companies .

As i am a student of Hindustan university ,i don't know much about SRM. According to me Hindustan is a better option. it also depends on which field you are going to choose.
Hindustan is the best college for aeronautical engineering. It has good faculties and lab are well equipped. overall its a good college
