National institute of hospitality and aviation management is a institute where students are train to give hospitality and service in various areas like airline, cruise line, hotels, travel etc. however if it is about NIHAM is best in Mumbai then it fully depends faculties, course and management according to it NIHAM is very renowned for its programme of hospitality and aviation

Yes, there are some colleges that allows letral entries in MBA Hospitality Management course. To be eligible for that graduates typically need bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as, Hotel Management, Tourism and related discipline. Some colleges also ask for a certain amount of work experience as well.
