The option of hotel management is both apparent and wise. You might, however, take the opposite route and begin working as apprentices at restaurants to directly learn the art. A excellent patisserie school is the place to go if you're interested in learning how to make desserts. But keep in mind that just because you like to cook doesn't mean you'll appreciate being a chef. More than what you SEE on Masterchefs is involved. Decide after doing some research on your main objective!

As per my understanding, Hotel Management Courses attract students more because these courses have more practical knowledge. And, students placed easily after the course in top star hotels and Companies. Students not only become a chef but there is also a huge number of administration jobs available after completing the course, which increased the fame of this sector.
