You haven't told in what area of hospitality you are interested in, but there are many options for you. Generally some hotels such as the Taj does offer short term courses with practical exposure, and also almost 100% job guarantee.

Hotel Management is one growing sector in today's market. Having the right passion will help you sustain in this industry for a very long time. The colleges in India providing Hospitality Management is huge and Bharti Vidyapeeth is one institution in India providing Hospitality Management. The course is divided into 3 parts. Each part is to be paid at the start of the year which is 72,600. You need to pay 72,600 per year. The total fees for 3 years could be 217800.

Yes, admission to IHMs are open, but I believe you haven't appeared for the JEEs conducted by NCHMCT. Another option that you have is that they have a special consideration for students who have got really good marks in class 12th, but you would have to contact the nearest IHM to know more about that particular admission process. Or another option is to go for the Diploma courses being on offer.

Well, hospitality would be, you are the safest BET this could be attributed to the slowdown in airline industry, and that a hospitality student could easily work in the travel industry.

A travel blogger should have a few basic skills, this include good communication, written, oral etc. A good knowledge of facts and general awareness, eagerness to study and understand new things, ready to travel and quick to adapt. Etc. These would be absolutely necessary. And knowledge of a few other languages would also help.

You could appear for the JEE being conducted, and get yourself a great rank. Also, there are smaller institute such as FCI, which you could join for a career in hospitality.
