Recruitment Process:
The recruitment process for the OCLD postgraduate Management Programmes is scheduled between September to December each year.
Recruitment is done through campus visits to hotel management colleges, other graduate colleges and Open Access Days at our hotels.
College students can contact their placement office for information of when The Oberoi Group is visiting their campus. Students of colleges not being visited by The Oberoi Group and other Applicants can apply on an Open Access Day.
The dates and locations of this year's Open Access Days will be available here in September.

Dear Suraj Singh,
You can pursue a Diploma in Hotel Management (DHM) after your SSC (X standard) also. There are many institutes that offer it with stipend and placements.

Admission to the course at various private institutes of the country is based on the candidates performance in a relevant entrance test and round of personal interview. TheIHMs of the country however, follow their own admission process. All applicants are required to appear for an All-India Joint Entrance Examination conducted by NCHM (National Council for Hotel Management). Shortlisted candidates are further needed to appear for and qualify the subsequent round of interview conducted at various centres all over the country.
