Hi Jaikishan,
Difficult to asses. If you meet the admission criteria you can. Though you are from Science background and the chosen programme is not relevant it is possible that you get accepted. Depends on college requirements and how you showcase your interest. I will suggest you check NZ and Aus and also UK. They are more flexible.

Hi, depending on your level of knowledge and amount of hard work you are willing to put into, you can decide whether you want to take classes or not. However, you will need proper study material even if you decide to study on your own. Study regularly with a proper timetable.
All the best!

I am sure you can. To pursue this course, you just need to pass 10+2 from a recognized institute or board. Please refer to the eligibility criteria through this link- https://www.shiksha.com/hospitality-travel/culinary-arts/course/certificate-in-intensive-culinary-arts-indian-school-of-hospitality-gurgaon-320215

Hi,
If you want to have to pursue hotel management, you can go for it irrespective of stream taken at your +2 and if you wish to take any entrance exam you are not mandatory required to take Science I. e, like Bachelor's degree entrance (except Science), MAT, CAT and other exams.
