In India, its there at CAI Hyderabad or WGSHA Manipal. Try to apply at both places you may get an opportunity. Otherwise, you have to go abroad to US or UK for better options.

I believe, you should go in IHM-Faridabad, because placements over there are better than any other institutes.

Yes, of course you can do MBA through distance. But, I advise you to do full time classes MBA, because distance courses are not given much value.
