Your ranking is too high compared to your category
but you can apply for Srinagar, Shimla, Gurgaon, etc. And apply ASAP as the spot round is going on

Yes, when you are studying BHM course, surely there will be English language separately as one of the subjects.

Hello Raghav,
If you reported to the institute, in that case, you have to withdraw the seat but in case you have not reported then you are eligible for spot round.
