Yes, you can do definitely. Check out the eligibility criteria below:
Eligibility Of the Bachelor of Hotel Management [BHM]
For BHM the basic eligibility is 10+2 pass. Many colleges also demand an aggregate of 50% in the same and English is also required as one of the subjects. Many colleges also have an age criteria where in upper age limit is set as twenty-two years for those belonging to the General and Other Backward Classes (OBC) category and 25 for the Scheduled Caste (SC) and Scheduled Tribe (ST) category.

After completing B.Tech, I don't think Diploma in hotel management will be good idea. Now, the fees varies from college to college.

IHM is better than IIHM.
IHM is the part of the government body, while IIHM is a private institution. Generally, there are not much difference, as it all depends on you and the efforts that you would be willing to put into your education and learning. IIHM, being a private institution will get you more coverage. If you have a low budget, then go for IHM. Placements are good in both are good in both the colleges.
