IAM is a better option among the two for hotel management course.

Ticketing job is a general term used for executives working on ticket distribution and ticket selling. They not only sell the ticket over the counter, but they also sell offline thorough connections/ social platforms.
Reservation executives are the ones who are generally working in backend office work. They just confirm the tickets booked by people for the seats of transportation/ events/ any other occasion. They just forward their work to ticketing team.
Reservation team is a comfortable job as compare to ticketing. Ticketing team needs to meet the targets assigned. Ticketing job is a bit tedious as compared to the reservation.
In my view, Reservation is better career option than ticketing. Many tours and travels organizations have the ample job opportunities in Reservation and Ticketing departments.
