This dilemma is always faced by students who are on the cusp of higher studies. Having done graduation, what next? This question preoccupies mind of almost all children and their parents. I would like to make it easier to understand and appreciate. Masters in simple term means postgraduate study in the same subject as that of your graduation. During graduation, many related subjects are taught. But here only rudimentary or peripheral knowledge can be obtained. But a student is now capable to understand different aspects of travel & tourism. During Masters, one of these subjects is to be chosen. Here, a detailed study is undertaken of the subject giving very deep and detailed all-round knowledge of the subject.On the other hand, MBA is managing. Hence as eligibility, any graduation is accepted. Here knowledge is imparted about the business aspect of it. Students are made capable to even start their own business besides making them fit to join any related company in a managerial position.To conclude, I would like to say that Masters will make you real professional in your chosen field while MBA will make you knowledgeable about all related fields.

Air Ticketing- this is the actual purchase/issuing of a ticket for a mode of travel. A lot of airlines have their offshore ticketing offices, where immediate purchases can be made by passengers.
These counters are also available at the airport and such jobs are offered directly through the respective airlines as ground staff. Ticketing would also require knowledge of certain software for the process.
So, both have similar career prospects depending on the path you choose.
Airline ticketing agents located at the airports are not responsible for the ticketing only, but ticket agents work directly with passengers, airlines like to see a customer service and/or sales background along with excellent verbal and written communication skills, basic typing and computer skills, and ability to perform basic mathematics. Ticket agents must have the ability to work without close supervision, and have a general knowledge of geography. Cash handling and credit card transaction experience is helpful. Foreign language skills may be required.
General ticketing could include the simple job of booking tickets for other modes of transport including rail, bus, cruise etc.
Air ticketing will definitely be more preferred as it has added responsibilities to the profile and better pay packages.
