Bachelor degree give you the basic knowledge of hotel management form starting and clear your basics and prepare for the Masters in hotel management whereas MBA give you the whole knowledge about hotel management.

If you want the best MBA colleges, you will have to clear CAT exam with good marks because mostly best colleges in India give admissions on the basis of CAT score. They don't give you admission on the basis of experience. Good luck.
