Both are different from each other, so HM will be of no use for you. However, if you want to start your career in the hotel industry then you can pursue HM.

You can opt for Institute of Hotel Management which is a government institute and if you want private colleges then depending upon your location you can choose SRM Institute of Hotel Management, Dr. Ambedkar Institute of Hotel Management, AIMS Institute, etc.

To the best of my knowledge, there is no such quota in any of the good Hotel Management colleges in India.

It's very easy. But, it depends on which college or university you're willing to go. Like, I'm studying hotel management course in Garden City University. Like, it was said to me that if I had passed my 12th, I can join. Get connected with a particular college or university to get more information or to no procedure.
