Just start preparing for NCHMCT JEE entrance exam 2018 as it's based on All India Ranking. If you get good ranking, you can join any of the college that you like, and in Kolkata, there is IHM which is affiliated with NCHMCT (one of the best), or you can go with the private colleges like SBIHM, NIPS School of Hotel Management and Elite Institute of Management.
