If you want a government seat, you will have to write NCHM JEE exam. If you want to join private institutions like Manipal, IIHM then you will have to write the entrance exam, participate in group discussion and attend the personal interview.

No, Delhi University does not have the course. You have the option at Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU), New Delhi (Under Delhi Government) for 4 years Bachelor degree in Hotel Management
