Hi Vaibhav,
Both the streams are completely different from each other. While Hotel Management is about making a career as a chef, food and beverages, front office operations and housekeeping in hotel industry, Interior designing is about ideating, planning, and executing design of a structure (like office space, home decor etc). It is completely upto your interest. You have to figure out first whether you want to be a part of hotel industry or design industry. Both are quite lucrative fields, so make your call according to your aptitude.
