Dear Danish,
What do you mean by Hotel Manager? There is nothing called "Hotel Manager" in a 5 star property. They call the over-all In-charge as "General Manager(GM)". Hotel Manager is generally for small hotels where Manager looks after the complete operations. Otherwise, in big hotels, you have separate Managers for all 4 core departments who report to the GM.
If you want to get into a Leadership role, you must have Leadership skill and good communication skills. After joining the MT programme, you gradually move up the ladder.

NCHMCT JEE is a national level test annually conducted and admissions in IHMs is dependent on ranks of the students in this test.
Test is objective type having multiple choice questions and scheme of negative marking.
