I can't differentiate which is better because both have different scope and career path. You can select any programme according to your interest. Selecting course is all about passion, your passion for your course and for your future career. Because the secret to happiness is being able to love whatever it is you do in life. The most important consideration when choosing your course is asking yourself why you are looking to study. IHM is the best course to pursue if you wish to have broader career choices. Both IIHM and Oberios are good, but given a preference, go for IHM first and then think of getting into any one of these two.

What do you mean by marine?
Do you want to get a job in a cruise liner? Do you wish to start a whole new career in deck of a ship?
If you choose the first option then you can certainly apply for cruise liners but if you are going for the second, then I'm afraid that you have to pursue deck cadet courses.

Food production or kitchen department is responsible for the actual preparation of food items where as the F & B service department is responsible for the systematic service of food from the hot or cold plates of kitchen to the customers tables as per their choices or order.
