At the undergraduate level, International Institute of Culinary Arts and Career Management (IICCM) offers three-year BVoc courses to students. This is a full-time degree programme that is available with multiple exit options. While doing this course, students can obtain an Advanced Diploma after four semesters,  Diploma after two semesters,  and a BVoc degree in Culinary Arts after six semesters. The college also provides Diploma and other courses to students.

Yes, International Institute of Culinary Arts and Career Management is a good college. The college has recieved various awards such as the Most Prominent Food & Hospitality Awards 2022, World Culinary Awards 2022,  and India Excellence Award 2021.

The college offers various specialisation under BSc which includes B.Sc. in Culinary Arts, BSc in Bakery and Pastry and B.Sc in Hospitality Administration. Chitkara also has a collaboration with George Brown College under this collaboration the college offers a BSc in Culinary management. This collaboration college provides a three-year degree for this two year degree done under Chitkara College of Hospitality Management and one year under George Brown College in Canada.

The eligibility requirements varies course-wise. However, candidates are required to complete a minimum of Class 12 to apply for any of the UG courses at Dr. D.Y. Patil Institute of Hotel Management and Catering Technology. The minimum aggregate required is 50% in Class 12. There is 5% relaxation for the reserved category candidates. Hence, aspirants with 70% aggregate in Class 12 can apply for any of the UG courses at the institute.

MAH HM CET is elaborated as the Maharashtra Hotel Management Common Entrance Test. It is conducted by the Maharashtra State Common Entrance Test Cell annually.
