Absolutely satisfied with IICCM.
Placements: Placements were done very promptly and systematically as promised during joining. The companies included properties like Hilton, NH Collection, The Pods, Millennium Plaza, and several other properties. I was offered the opportunity in the Kitchen department for my internship.
Infrastructure: The campus infrastructure and facilities were up to date. All the kitchens were well-equipped with sufficient tools and equipment. All the classrooms were equipped with air conditioning. The students were provided with tools, uniforms, journals, logbooks, stationery, as per the current hotel industry policy.
Faculty: The curriculum was as per current industry standards. The faculty members were very helpful and cooperative. The semester exams were very useful and easy to clear. The faculty members were well aware of the topics that were required to be covered for the exams and practicals.
Other: I chose this course because I have always been keen and interested in cooking.

Good placement track record; highly experienced chief trainers.
Placements: All the reputed companies are tied up with IICCM; placements are guaranteed, and colleges are making the best possible efforts to place each and every student at IICCM. IICCM is one of the most reputed culinary arts institutes when it comes to placements; almost all of their placements are in the Middle East. Recently, I got my dream career placement at the NH Collection Dubai, the Palm.
Infrastructure: The institute has the best infrastructure, such as a continental kitchen, an Indian kitchen, a patisserie lab, changing rooms for girls and boys, a practice restaurant to learn about platings and beverages, a YouTube studio kitchen for recipes and video shoots, an indoor game zone, and much more.
Faculty: The course curriculum is career-oriented and industry-friendly; the maximum focus is on recipe preparation. The curriculum is well inclusive of Indian regional cuisines, Oriental cuisines, Arabic cuisines, and Continental cuisines, along with European patisserie preparations.
Other: The curriculum is industry-friendly, the chief trainers are highly experienced, and they have a well-defined intake size of 30 students. Overall, it is a nice place to develop our culinary skills.

This place will definitely help you become a professional chef.
Placements: Every student enrolling in IICCM is assured placements in premium 4*/5* hotels in Dubai and the Middle East, subject to our academic attendance track record. Salary: We can expect 2.5 lacs per annum during our career internship in Dubai and anywhere from 4.8 lacs to 6.5 lacs per annum upon completion of our career internship, along with free food and accommodation facilities.
Infrastructure: The institute has a tie-up-specific hostel where all students enjoy the company of new friends. Students in IICCM are from India, so we can expect a good cultural experience here. The institute's culinary infrastructure is excellent, especially the YouTube studio kitchen, which is an added advantage.
Faculty: The daily routine is tougher than exams due to the heavy practical work and weekly project presentations; there is no space to relax in between. Dedicated faculty members will not allow you to relax; they will monitor you all the time. Generally, all the faculty members are from the industry, so their real industrial behavior is what you will experience here.
Other: Overall, this is an excellent place if you are serious about your career journey. This place is not suggested for those who are excited to live a bachelor life. The institute is always talking about your development and your career growth, and you can expect instant solutions to your problems from the director, principal, and HOD.

The best Culinary college in India.
Placements: IICCM provides 100% placements in 4 star and 5 star hotels abroad, preferably the UAE. I got placed at NH Collection Palm Jumeirah Dubai even before the completion of my course which is really impressive. Packages vary according to the hotel properties but they do provide accommodations and meals during the internship programs.
Infrastructure: IICCM has a good infrastructure with separate kitchens for Continental, Indian and Bakery practicals which is very convenient for the students. Every classroom has air conditioning and also a presentation room for PPTs. We also have a games room which can be used anytime during the recess or even after the college hours.
Faculty: The teachers are very supportive and encouraging. The chefs, and theory staff teachers, as well as the director, everyone is immensely supportive and friendly. The course curriculum is designed in a manner which can help the students from different backgrounds, starting from the basics to the advanced knowledge of culinary.
Other: Though I already completed my degree from a different background I decided to pursue my career in the food industry, especially in culinary. After a lot of research, I came across IICCM which provided a Diploma course as well as 100% abroad placements guarantee and it seemed to be a good choice for me. We had a freshers party in the beginning of the programme, then our batch hosted another freshers for the November Diploma batch. We then celebrated the Chef's day with great enthusiasm. We also had a photoshoot where we prepared various dishes and shot videos and photos during the shoot. Overall, the journey with IICCM was very entertaining, enjoyable and knowledgeable.

Completely satisfied with the course. I learned many techniques from helpful faculty.
Placements: 100% of the students are placed in our course. The top recruiting companies for our course are Minor Hotel and Hyatt. These are highly reputed hotels in Dubai. Placements are provided to all the students. 4,00,000 is the average package offered in our course.
Infrastructure: Our college boasts diverse kitchens like continental, Indian, Bakery and studio kitchens catering to varied culinary interests. The classrooms are equipped with modern amenities like smart boards and ACs, enhancing the learning environment. There is table tennis, arts and carrom for students to play during the break.
Faculty: Well-knowledgeable, helpful and qualified teachers with the capability of good teaching quality. This course is well designed and curriculum-relevant. It makes the students ready for the industry. The exams are not that difficult if a student is prepared for them. The format and portion are given prior to enough practice tests.
Other: I am very passionate and dedicated to culinary arts, and this course offered me exactly what I want to pursue with all the benefits. The faculty is very helpful and active.
