About 155 - 18% of the hotel managers are appointed in the public sector, while 90% are appointed in the private sector and only 10% in the government sector. Students who are aspiring to become hotel managers will have to undergo rigorous training at day and night shifts. However, the training comes at a later stage, first they need to complete the educational requirements. Every hotel manager must have completed their Bachelors degree in hotel management or hospitality management. Every hotel manager must have gained work experience right after completing their graduation course. It is an additional benefit if one has the MBA degree added to the qualification such as MBA in Hotel management.
