Hi, In order to take admission in MBA the eligibility criteria needs to be MET in LPU. The eligibility is 55% + LPUNEST/CAT/MAT/XAT/NMAT/CMAT+ Interview or Completed Company Secretary CS from Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) or Completed Chartered Accountancy CA from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) or Completed Cost & Management Accountancy (CMA) from Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ICAI). Let me share with you interview competencies that are tested as part of MBA interviews in LPU. The various parameters includes Fluency, Grammatical errors, elaboaration of concept, Clarity in thought process, Confidence, General Awareness and leadership quality. In LPU when you sit for an MBA interview there are 2 panelists one from the core domain and the other from soft skills to assess you on speaking skills. Both the panelists will be rating you on the competency and a score will be generated. On the basis of the cut off score only you will considered as qualified or not.

Being an alumni of LPU. I have couple of friends in the HOTEL MANAGEMENT. So I must say that LPU would be the best option for pursuing the course for HOTEL MANAGEMENT. The university is having tie-ups with many foreign universities and reputed companies thus facilitating higher amenities to its students. Nonetheless, in each semester LPU gives Professional Enhancement Programmes (PEP) in which the students are prepared to crack the placement processes like Analytical Skills (Logic Reasoning and Verbal Reasoning), Quantitative Aptitude Skills, Technical Aptitude Skills, Presentations and Soft Skills and Mock Exercises (Mock Interviews, GDs, Mock Tests, etc. )
The latest salary package was around 9 to 10 Lacs despite Pandemic. Some of the best brands like Ritz Carlton Florida (USA), Hyatt Regency Miami (USA) have selected our students with packages up to Rs 25 Lacs. Leading national brands like Oberoi, The Grand, Air Vistara etc. Visited our campus for recruitments. Hyatt Regency Miami USA and Great Wolf Lodge Wisconsin selected 6 students at the package of 15 Lacs Per Annum. I hope this would be sufficient!
