Dear, There are so many colleges of hotel management in Delhi IHM's and non IHM's. I came across a HM course in Jamia Hamdard which is quite unique. It offers HM degree with food processing, which is quite different and opens a new path for the HM students.

I am gleeful to know about your achievements as you are on job training at VFS Global. Here I would like to clear your confusion regarding your query. As I also experienced such situation in my life, look you can get knowledge of hotel industry properly after your job training also but the main focus of the hotel industry is practical knowledge as of you are on training already so better to learn practical things first because early opportunity comes to very few people like out of 100 only 1 or 2 may get it.
