Hi Dhruv,
BCA course is best for those students who are not able take 4 year B-Tech graduation degree course in Computer Science . The duration of the course is 3 years and divided into 6 semesters. BCA gives students a good technology knowledge, in the field of Computer IT etc.
To get admission in BCA course once needs to clear entrance exams conducted by various colleges.

Yes, you will definitely learn to cook in the Degree course of Hotel Management. The training in hospitality is not complete without training of food preparation. The following courses can be helpful in becoming Chef as under.
1. Associate Degree or Diploma in Culinary Arts, Food Production, Catering Technology.
2. Diploma in Food and Beverage Science.
3. Diploma in Hotel or Hospitality Management.
4. Bachelors in Culinary Arts (or Bachelors in Catering and Culinary Arts)
5. Bachelors in Hotel or Hospitality Management. So from above Bachelor in Culinary Arts and Bachelor in Hotel or Hospitality Management are the most preferred courses for becoming as Chef.
