If you want to do the food-related business than Hotel management courses are best. The following UG courses are available.

4. BA in Hotel Management
5. BA in Hospitality, Travel and Tourism.

IIHM is working under a Charitable trust registered under the Bombay Public Trust Act. IIHM is affiliated to University of Mumbai and MSBVEE etc. While IHM Mumbai is an autonomous institute and working under Ministry of Tourism, government of India. So IHm Mumbai is a Central government Institute. The admission in IIHM are based on Merit in qualifying exam while the admission in IHM Mumbai are based on NCHMCT JEE entrance exam conducted by NTA. Both colleges are good but for placement point of view I am with IHM Mumbai.

Most of the private universities like Amity University and Chandigarh University admits candidates on the basis of their own selection parameters like written test, GD and PI etc.

Candidates who have BHM/ BBA/ BBM/ BHHM and equivalent Bachelors Degree in relevant discipline from a recognised University are considered eligible for PG Diploma programme. Admission to Bachelors Degree and PG Diploma course is given through All India Entrance Examination held in Hyderabad including candidates performance in GD and PI. See this link
