B.A. in Culinary Arts is a 3-year postgraduate degree program, the minimum eligibility is 10+2 from a recognized college or its equivalent exam. Admission to the course depends upon the applicants performance in the relevant entrance examination and a counseling round.

In my college, this course is not available however you can try out the same in IHM or IIHM colleges. They have these courses. But you can visit their websites to know more.

yes you can opt for the above mentioned stream. since you have done commerece in your 10+2 levek it would be easier for you to do it. you just have to clear the respective college entrance test.

Central government hence fees are significantly low in addition to having seats reserved for OBC, SC, ST etc. Since you mentioned 'culinary college' None of the IHMs are culinary colleges in the sense they have hotel management as a course offered and culinary arts is a small part of the hotel management course. IHM Aurangabad offers a dedicated culinary arts degree which is much more intensive also the Hotel management course at IHMs are 3 years whereas IHM Aurangabad is a 4 year course. Thank you.

I would recommend you to take HR as it is the most relaxed type of job. You can also take business analysis, it is also good. Hospitality Management is in demand these days but I don't like the work profile, though it depends upon person to person.
