I would suggest getting at least 1 year experience in India. You might be able to find bakery jobs abroad for fresher. But, these often pay very less or are not a popular establishment.

You haven't mentioned the exact entrance exam. For NCHMCT JEE the upper age limit for General and OBC is 25 years.

If you want to become a chef then you should take admission in 1 year specialization courses.
1 Year Certification course in food production will help you learn and train you about the preparation of various cuisines like Bakery, Continental, European etc. The course is specialization course and is approved from Tourism and Hospitality Skill Council. Yes, all the colleges have to start from basic in culinary arts courses. The basics are very important for students. And you can learn properly only when the college has big practical labs, so that every student can perform his/her practical individually.

Eligibility criteria to MBA programs are -Graduation with any Stream. Most of the colleges demands minimum 50% marks. There are some entrance examinations, through which admissions to MBA has been done, i.e MAT, CMAT, CAT, etc.
