Of course, Hotel management is a very nice course if you want to take up any colleges in Punjab. The scope of the Indian hospitality and hotel management industry continues to expand at a dynamic pace. One of the university, RIMT university provides B.Sc. I am sure you must have learnt to cook Indian cuisines during your graduation. I don't think you need to pursue a separate Diploma in cooking again, unless your area of specialization was not kitchen in HM. These days social media has a plethora of knowledge for cooking and flavors. Explore those first and experiment with various spices. If this does not work out, you can certainly consider pursuing a Diploma in cookery.
