Food and beverages is one of the areas you will be preferred since you come with a hotel management degree. I would advise you to apply on leading job portals like Naukri, Monster, Times Jobs, Indeed, Linked in, etc. Give the right keywords to make the process effective and keep checking for updates regularly. It takes time, but it is fruitful. Alternately, through your network of people, see if you can land an opportunity as an intern in a food company and from there on you can continue to do full-time employment.

Yes, you will need to take the entrance test, interview, group discussion just like a normal 10+2 candidate and then pursue a Bachelor's degree. Just a personal recommendation, consider taking some hands-on experience after Diploma and then do a Bachelor's degree. Diploma entitles you for job opportunities and if you have hands-on or some kind of internship, it boosts your performance in Bachelor's degree and thereafter too.

You are eligible for a certificate course and a Diploma if its immediately after class 10th. Consider doing Diploma instead of certificate course if you are looking at hotel management as a career. Alternately, if you think 10+2 and then Bachelor's degree is a good time to invest, then I would recommend Bachelors in hotel management.
