My advice is please check the cutoff 2017 NCHMCTJEE, and also as per your category, you can check the status, or else you check the Cutoff of the college. Attend all the counselling rounds. Best wishes.

Well, it is not a rocket Science, if you are considering to pursue hotel management, as your degree or Diploma course, you would just need to be an intermediate holder. That means, if you've passed your class 12th, then you are simple eligible for doing the course. It doesn't matter that from which stream you've passed it, or from which school you have cleared your class 12th. Having said this, many people does it after their regular graduation as well, like after completing their BA/B.Sc etc. There is no harm in it as well, but if you are already a graduate, then I would encourage you to pursue Masters in hotel management as MHM, inst

Merit-based courses mean that the marks you have obtained in your previous examination, say, for example, class 12th will ascertain your admission for the particular course you have applied for. More the merit, more the chances of admission. (More the percentage of marks more the chances of admission).

Institute affiliated from NCHMCT admission is done on the basis of rank and which is over. Now, you can search out your near by University which has Bachelor of Hotel management. It is a degree programme. Or, if you want to do Diploma, you can visit your near by Institute of Hotel Management affiliated by NCHMCT.
