Ranking of IIHM is good. Check top ten colleges in hotel management in Kolkata and then make a choice.

Christ, IHM, PES, MS Ramaiah, ARMY Institute, Presidency that I can think of.

Hotel management is a great course with good scope and opportunities.
Couple of colleges include Christ, PES, MS Ramaiah, IHM, Army Institute.
Check for eligibility. It involves entrance exam, 10+ 2 cut off marks and also personal interview plus group discussions.
You could customise it to certificate, bachelors and masters as the case may be. Don't forget to include internships as part of your study. It surely makes a difference.

Christ University, MS Ramaiah, IHM, PES, Presidency college are good ones that I know of.
