Yes, you can apply for B.Sc in hotel management.
The minimum eligibility criteria are 50% marks in class XII (top 4 relevant subjects) and you clearly meet them.

Hi,
There is no concession on the basis of rank in IHMs. However, concessions are granted to economically backward SC, ST and OBC students by some of the state governments. You need to check with the government of your state whether they give scholarships to these students or not. If they provide scholarship, you can avail up to 100% concession on tuition fee. Thanks!

Amity University is a purely vegetarian university. You are not allowed to bring non-veg food inside the campus but you can go outside in any restaurant to have non-veg.
So the answer to your question is that Amity only offers vegetarian courses in BHM inside the campus.
