These are 2 extremely contrasting streams. However, if these 2 are your options - you need to decide if you enjoy studying more or you would prefer doing more practical work - like food preparation, cooking, food service, bartending, etc. Very broadly, Hotel Management studies are slightly easier, but then there is a lot of practicals here too along with Industry training and extremely long hours at work. Basic eligibility to pursue BA in International Culinary Arts from Guru Nanak Institute of Hotel Management is that the candidate should have cleared their class 12 exams in any stream from recognized board. Students waiting results can also apply on provisional basis. Admission is based on the score obtained in JET entrance exam. Regards.
