You should complete your class 12th and then pursue Bachelor's degree in hotel management from top institutes like IHM or you can plan to pursue it from abroad like Singapore, Australia or Canada.

Yes, you would be eligible, however, on probation, as you would be required to submit final year mark-sheet once the results are out.

Both the courses are equally good. Opt for the one that you love the most and are most passionate about and analyse the future work conditions, scope and growth prospects before taking admission
You can also opt for a psychometric test comprising of aptitude, personality and career interest to clear the confusion.
