BHM is a sector specific management degree course. Syllabus of BHM preprares you for management roles in Hotel Industry. Whereas BBA is a generic degree which gives student exposure in all management functions and such graduates can be employed in almost all sectors/ industries in different management functions.

You can do Ph.D in specialised field for teaching and research in the field of Hotel Management.

No, IHM degree is for 3 years. If you want a short-term course then, you can go for a Diploma.
