No, it is not. Now that's been said, initially, the salary will be very less, but as you gain more experience your salary will increase.
Go in the hotel industry only if you are interested and absolutely sure of making a career there.

You would need to complete Bachelor's after 12th before you pursue Masters. The eligibility for Bachelor's in HM is 12th pass with 50%.The stream does not matter any stream is accepted.

Prior to knowing about the entrance exams required, please check the university website if they actually offer hotel management or not. Here is Oxford's course listing:

However, for admissions into UK universities you should take your IELTS and complete your 12th with good grades. Visit university websites for university specific information.

Yes, B.Sc is a professional degree and is a 3 year programme. Diplomas are also available at UG and PG level.
National Council for Hotel Management and Catering Technology (NCHMCT) is an autonomous body under Ministry of Tourism, Government of India. The Council centrally regulates academics for B.Sc. Hospitality & Hotel Administration and eleven other structured courses of study that are imparted at the 21 Central Institutes of Hotel Management, 19 state government institutes and 14 institutes in the private sector.
