I think, it depends on eligibility pre-condition mentioned by the organisation who are going to recruit. If they allow, B.A /B.Sc/B.Com (any graduate) can apply for the management job.

The general eligibility for Master's is 3 years diploma/ Degree in Hotel management but you may check with the institutes. Here is the link for all details:

If you do Hotel Management from a Institute of repute which had a good track record of campus placements, it will help you to find a good job. Job security on the job is purely on the basis of your performance and commitment to job shown on the job.

Hi,
It is better to get admission through entrances like NCHMCT, IIHM, etc. as this screening gets you into the top colleges and trains you better and placements are also better. If you really wish to be a trained worker, you should take admission in the best ones.
