On the basis of 10th you can only pursue Diploma in HM, not a degree but definitely that has more value. So, I would suggest you complete your 12th first and then apply for hotel management.

IHM, Bangalore is an IHM branch. You need clear 12th and have an acceptable rank in NCHMCT.

Hotel management admissions are done on the basis of NCHMCT. In case, you wish to pursue that then you need to prepare for the exam in April and apply for the same by March.
