Guide-Level 12
1. Quantitative aptitude.
2. Logical reasoning.
3. GK and current affairs.
4. English.
5. Service aptitude.
It is a 3 hour exam, so there will be a lot of time. Now, you can either join some coaching or you can go for self-preparation.
Books:
1. Quant: RS Agarawal.
2. Reasoning: Verbal and non-verbal reasoning by RS Aggarawal.
3. English: You should read newspapers. Norman Lewis for Vocab.
4. GK/ CA: Newspaper for current affairs and Lucent for static GK.
5. Service aptitude: RS Aggarawal.

Firstly, you need to understand that hotel management course in NIT is only theoretical. Hotel management is about the presentation skills, practical approach towards your work, work culture in hotel industry and you can learn that only through regular mode.
So, don't go for distance mode in the same.
