There are mainly two Bachelor Degree programs in Hotel Management .
1. Bachelor of Hotel Management - BHM
-
Is a 4 Years Professional Degree in Hospitality Administration. Pass in HSc-(Any Group) is the eligibility requirement.
2. B.Sc - Catering Science and Hotel Management - Is Bachelor degree of 3 Years Duration. Any HSc can join for B.Sc-CS&HM.
Both covers various subjects in Hospitality Management and Catering Science such as Culinary Expertise, Front Office Management, House Keeping, Guest Relationship Management, Hotel Management , Booking Keeping and Accounting Principles, Reservation System etc.

Focus on your 10th and then 12th board first only fter that you can pursue a good course in HM

If you mean BHM (Bachelor in Hotel Management), in order to pursue this course, you need to be 12th pass from any stream with 40%-50% in class 12th with English as one of the subjects. Also, you need to take entrance test conducted by various institutes.
Please note that the eligibility criteria for admission may differ from institute to institute.

Yes you can pursue a diploma, but that will not be very helpful for a career, focus on 12 and then the entrance of HM, go for a good degree, that way you have good options ahead
