Hotel management includes Hotel & Restaurant management, Cruise Ship Hotel management, Hospital Administration and Catering, Hotel and Tourism Associations, Club management, Forest Lodges, Guest Houses etc. It is a good career option as the global travel industry and hotel industry are expected to continuously expand.

It is not feasible to do BTech and Hotel Management together. Both are not complementary degrees and may not create any value in long run. Please reconsider your decision.

Hi Sahil,
Please remember Bsc in hotel management or BHM have almost the same course curriculum, you will have same career prospects by completing any of these course, so do not worry you may consider pursuing any of these course.
While pursuing these course you may opt for specialization in:
- Front office.
- Food and beverage services.
- Food and beverages production (cooking and baking)
- House keeping.
After completing these course you may join as housekeeping staff supervisor, lodging manager, restaurant manager, food service manager and more.
