If you mean BHM (Bachelor in Hotel Management) then in order to pursue this course you need to be 12th pass from any stream with English as one of the subjects, plus you need to take entrance test conducted by various institutes.
The upper age limit for to pursue this course is 22 years.
Please note that the eligibility criteria for admission may differ from institute to institute. While pursuing this course you may opt for specialization in:
- Front office.
- Food and beverage services.
- Food and beverages production (cooking and baking)
- House keeping.

Its not exactly cooking but i would like to suggest you an alternate way. Why don't you go for a management degree (MBA) in hospitality and Hotel Management. from reputed colleges like MU, Manipal,Lovely Professional University etc.You would be boss at the place you are looking to work. Its win win for you. Best of luck deciding.

There are lot of scholarships available for international students to study in Australia. You can check this out on the link -
