As already answered by Chetna S, you can check Auckland Institute of Technology, work experience is required for MBA not other courses. Also check New Zealand Management Academies for level 6 an d 7 diplomas which includes paid internships. Here are some helpful links

The exam is of three hours duration wherein aspirants have to answer 200 questions. NCHMCT JEE 2016 exam comprises of questions from subjects such as Numerical Ability and Analytical Aptitude, Reasoning and Logical Deduction, General Knowledge & Current Affairs, English Language and Aptitude for Service Sector.

Unfortunately, Hotel management is not available in Punjab University , Patiala. You may directly get in touch with the the institute officials personally for specific admission details as it differs from one college to another.
