You can pursue diploma & certificate course.Degree courses need 12th Pass.The diploma & certificates course can give you a start in the industry but not a very good pay scale.So to get basic details you can enroll but if you want to make a successful career in HM, then you must pursue a degree at least.

NIOS is established by Govt. of India and it is recognized all over India as equivalent to any state board. It is recognised for govt. jobs and higher education, you will have no problem and hence you are eligible to appear for Hotel management or B.com provided you fulfill the criteria set by Hotel Management institutes or B.Com offering institutes.
