No, only institute under Mumbai, Pune and other state universities have such provisions. You need to contact the SRMofficials personally for specific admission details as it differs from one college to another.

Assuming you mean the duration of a full degree in the culinary arts, the standard for most, including GD Goenka, is 3 years. This might change if the Bachelors in Culinary Arts is a dual degree, where they send you abroad to an affiliated international culinary school. It could take up to 5 years if you choose to do a culinary arts and hospitality degree all in one.
