As per your query it seems that you are currently in class 12th and once completed you wish to pursue BHM (Bachelor degree in Hotel Management)
So regarding this please remember to pursue this course you need to be 12th pass from ANY STREAM with English as one of the subjects, plus you need to take entrance test conducted by various institutes.

I could tell you that XYZ Institute is one of the best and go read online about it. I could tell you to search the youtube for 'best animation faculty' or 'best animation institute'. However these are only some of the methods of shortlisting. There is no such authentic one list of institutes that i can give you. All institute branches have same curriculum, like all states in India follow the same constitution. By same comparison all state progress differently and after a certain time the gap becomes huge. After completing BHM you have 2 options:
1.To opt for a job.
2.To opt for further studies (MBA, Masters in hospitality etc)
However as per your profile I would suggest you to work for 1-2 years after completing your graduation and then opt for further studies.
The advantage of this step would be:
- You will gain relevant work experience.
- After working you will know which course to pursue that can further enhance your career prospects, i.e. if you wish to build your career in hospitality sector, then you may pursue masters in same or related fields, whereas if you are interested in management then you may pursue MBA.
