No, I don't think that doing MBA is beneficial after completing Hotel Management course. What you then immediately require is good & relevant shop floor work experience so that the basics of hotel management education is intact with you and you do not lose time in doing other things. Otherwise the candidates junior to you mght overtake you in the jobs / career.

MBA - International Hotel Management is a 2 year degree program, which involves 3 months of domestic and 9 months of International Internship. On the other hand MBA (Lateral) is a one year degree program that includes 6 months of International internship.
Minimum eligibility required for admission in lateral program is graduation and 2 years of relevant work experience.
