After completing BHM you may consider pursuing:
- Masters in hospitality.
- Masters in travel and tourism.
- General MBA program.
- MBA in hospitality.
- MBA in aviation.
Yes you may surely pursue MBA after completing BHM, as in order to pursue full time MBA or PGDM program you need to be graduate in any field with atleast 50% marks in graduation, plus you need to take various management entrance test like CAT, MAT, XAT, SNAP, etc.
If wish to make your career superficially in the field of hospitality and related sector only then pursuing MBA in hospitality or aviation would be the best option for you.

As per your profile you may surely pursue masters degree in hotel or hospitality management after completing MBA.
As per your query it seems that you wish to make your career the field of hospitality and related sectors, so I would suggest you to pursue certificate or diploma course in:
- Food & Beverage Service.
- Bakery & Confectionery.
- Food Production & Patisserie.
- Front office.
- House keeping.
Once you complete any of these course you would be competent enough to get a job in the relevant discipline in hotel industry.
Once you work for 2-3 years in hospitality industry you may then opt for masters degree in hospitality or hotel adm

If you mean BHM (Bachelor degree in Hotel Management) so regarding this please remember in order to pursue thsi course you need to be 12th pass from any stream with English as one of the subjects, plus you need to take entrance test conducted by various institutes.
The upper age limit for to pursue this course is 22 years.
Please note that the eligibility criteria for admission may differ from institute to institute.
